2023: SOLID EDUCATION
Dr Leesi Gborogbosi, the Guber Candidate on the platform of Action Peoples Party (APP) Rivers State, has provided the outline of his educational policy and will implement them if vote into office as the next Governor of Rivets State.
The Governorship candidate of Action Peoples Party (APP) said this in Port Harcourt the state capital that his Solid Education policy will support the process of ensuring every student will have the right to complete his/her education especially those from economically disadvantaged background. he further said Gborogbosi Foundation and Gborogbosi Support Movement (GSM) are working with students to set up “EDUCATION TRUST FUND”
His model of SOLID EDUCATION is aimed at reforming the educational system from the “education of knowing” to the “education of solving problems”.
His educational policy is to prepare our children for the future of global competition and value creation.
That he is heavily concerned that our educational policies are not in his opinion geared towards preparing our graduates for the real world where paid jobs are scarce.
