As a newly appointed Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse at Renaissance Management Company, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering dialysis treatments, and closely monitoring patient vital signs throughout the process. Your full-time schedule will consist of four days a week, with approximately 10-hour shifts that adapt to patient census needs. To thrive as an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse at Renaissance Management Company, certain essential skills and qualifications are necessary for success. Proficient knowledge of acute hemodialysis, CRRT, plasma apheresis, and peritoneal dialysis is crucial for delivering high-quality patient care. Your acute care nursing background should be complemented by excellent IV therapy skills, ensuring you can provide efficient and safe treatment.
