As the sole creative resource for OpenLoop's DTC portfolio, the full-time Staff Designer & Creative Technologist will design high-converting digital experiences, manage creative direction across multiple brands, and implement performance-driven strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and build DTC landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across various brands Serve as the creative point of contact for marketing leaders, advising on creative approaches and performance data Establish and maintain quality standards for creative output, ensuring alignment with brand goals and customer engagement Required qualifications 3+ years of design experience in performance marketing, growth, DTC, or direct-response contexts Strong proficiency in Figma and practical experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar tools Ability to make design decisions grounded in evidence related to conversion rates and customer behavior Experience managing multiple brands or clients in fast-paced environments Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear direction to external partners
