Nurses work 12-hour shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am with rotational weekends.
Full Time and Part Time available.
Incentives:

• 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $5,000 for nightshift only
• 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000 for nightshift only
• 5+ years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000 for nightshift only

• $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
• Weekend Differential
• Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
• Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
• Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
• New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $8.00 LPN

Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements within 90 days of graduation.
• Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
Must be LPN-IV Certification issued by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

3D is a Med-surg Telemetry unit which focuses on adult medical patients that require telemetry monitoring. All projects will reside under our four ministry wide nursing strategies for improvement .
