We are seeking motivated, self-driven Technology Products Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales force. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for ambitious professionals who thrive in a high-reward, performance-driven environment. Representatives will sell a suite of innovative technology products and solutions across various sectors. A limited draw against commissions is available, tied directly to performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and engage potential business clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s technology product portfolio to present compelling solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
• Close new business and drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, customer support) to ensure client success post-sale.

• Proven experience in B2B technology product sales, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, cloud solutions, SaaS, or related tech industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed in a commission-only environment.
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively without supervision.
• Comfortable working under performance-based compensation structures.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic digital productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.).

• 100% Commission-Based: Earnings are uncapped and based on closed deals and contract values.
• Performance-Based Limited Draw: A limited draw may be available for high-performing reps who meet specific sales milestones.
