Now Hiring: Skilled TIG Welder Fabricators

We’re looking for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing team! If you have strong stainless steel and aluminum welding skills and a passion for precision fabrication, we want to hear from you.

Important: If you're looking for a  pipe welding position , this is  not the right opportunity . This role is strictly for  shop welding and fabrication work only .

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate high-quality steel products—frames, plates, and brackets—according to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform accurate fit-ups, metal cutting, and TIG welding
• Conduct weld tests to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met
• Ensure finished assemblies and tanks meet exact design specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of TIG welding experience with thin-walled stainless steel and aluminum
• Expertise in stainless steel fabrication
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and shop prints
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physically capable of handling shop work
• Must pass a  TIG weld test on aluminum and stainless steel
• Clean background and drug screening required
