UI/UX DesignerLocation: Could be Remote / On-site / HybridDepartment: Product & DesignType: Full-TimeReports to: Head of Product / Design Lead About the Role: We’re a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company building technology to improve the quality of care. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for our users. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the full design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirementsDesign user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for responsive web, iOS, and Android appsCreate and maintain consistent, brand-aligned design systems (menus, navigation, components, etc.)Translate complex workflows into clean, functional, and visually appealing interfacesPresent design work and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and iterationConduct usability testing and iterate to improve user experienceEnsure designs meet accessibility standards and platform guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design, WCAG)Prepare detailed design specifications, documentation, and flow diagrams for developmentModernize existing interfaces for better usability and visual consistencyWork closely with developers to validate implementationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience designing responsive web, iOS, and Android applicationsStrong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and design thinkingProficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and its impact on designStrong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsExcellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience with usability testing and documenting UX issuesPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, or related technology sectorsMarketing or branding design experience in SaaS/digital environmentsDeep familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
