### Job Description

We are looking for a professional and organized Virtual Receptionist to provide remote administrative and customer support for CAMCOR LLC.

Responsibilities include:

* Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
* Responding to emails and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Greeting and assisting clients through phone, email, or online chat.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information.
* Coordinating with internal team members to ensure efficient communication.
* Performing general administrative tasks as assigned.

### Requirements

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic office software.
* Reliable internet connection and personal computer with a quiet workspace.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
