Fresh loan of $500m requested by federal government headed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been approved.
The loan was approved by World Bank Group with the intention of supporting the federal government to help in investing and improving the livelihoods of women in Nigeria.
According to report by The Punch, the fresh loan of $500m became the second approved by the World Bank under the new administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
